Cold Brew G & T
- 1 ¼ oz gin
- 2 oz honey syrup (see tip below)
- 2 oz Van Houtte® Colombian Medium Roast cold brew coffee
- Schweppes* Tonic Water
- Orange peel
How to Mix
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, honey syrup, and coffee. Shake vigorously and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with orange peel.
TIP: To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and hot water. Chill.
